At Zero Labs, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of consumable goods, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumable supplements unless damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zerolabs.co.za with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email support@zerolabs.co.za.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
