At Zero Labs, we aim to deliver your products promptly and securely. Please note the following terms regarding shipping:

1. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected delivery method, and external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

2. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, Zero Labs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Zero Labs is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their respective countries. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, assist with a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

  • International shipping times range from 5–15 business days, depending on your region and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

🔐 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly through our courier partner's website or via your Zero Labs account dashboard.
